We hope our product brings your peaceful sleep and happiness but if you are not entirely satisfied with our product or you have received it in a damaged condition, we're here to help.

You have a 101 nights trial, whereby you may choose to return the product after 101 calendar days from the date you received it if unsatisfied. (TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY: VALID ONLY FOR SUNIDRA PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE THROUGH  for (STANDARD SIZES AND STANDARD THICKNESSES ONLY).

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The Product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it.
  2. The Packaging Cover & any other tags attached to the product. (Packaging cover is not required for customers who reside in Bengaluru, Karnataka).
  3. Your item needs to have the proof of purchase or receipt.

If you have decided to return the Sunidra product received by you, kindly inform your decision to which is our customer Care team.

The Customer care executive will advise you on properly packaging the product for return & also arrange for the logistics person to collect the packed product from you.

Once our team receives the product, they will inspect it and notify you that the product was received.
On investigating the product, in case the defect/damage is found genuine, you will be notified on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount within 7-15 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Our foam mattress- FB100 is not eligible for Return and Refund.
