In case you don't feel the desired comfort or support with the mattress you purchased, we'll serve you with a hassle-free return and a replacement or a refund for your money.
Why a ‘101 Nights Trial’?
A mattress matters as you spend more than one-third of your life with it – sleeping on it, spending quality time on it. On top of that, we all are unique in our sleeping habits, Body Mass Index (BMI) and choice of comfort. Hence, choosing a proper mattress is important. But, choosing a perfect mattress for you seems difficult when you are unable to try the mattress yourself; rather, you have to go for the specifications, budget, reviews, etc. while placing your order online.
At Sunidra, you have 101 nights to make your decision at the comfort of your own home. So, dream and roll around, take a good night sleep on your Sunidra mattress and take 101 nights to make the final decision.
If you ultimately decide that your Sunidra mattress is not the right choice for you, within the first 101 nights from the date it was invoiced, you will be able to return it in a hassle-free way and get a refund. We would request you to sleep on your new Sunidra mattress at least for 30 nights before you make a final decision to return. Sometimes, you need a "break-in" period to get used to with a more comfortable and supportive mattress than what you had slept on previously!
Exceptions to Return/Refund under the ‘101 Nights Trial’ Offer
Sunidra offers 101 Nights Trial period for the customers to experience a risk-free online purchase. In an unlikely situation of the mattress not being perfect for them, we are happy to take the mattress back and refund their money.
To ensure that the offer is not being misused, we have identified the below exceptions to the 101 Nights Trial Offer.
Return request will not be accepted in case of improper usage or any physical damage to the mattress. The mattress should be returned to Sunidra in good condition.
Return request will not be accepted if any liquid spillage, stain, dirt or damage is found on the mattress during the inspection.
Return request will not be accepted if the mattress is used on an improper surface, without providing proper support to it.
Return request will not be accepted if the mattress is found to be exposed to cold/hot temperatures for a period that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.
Return request will not be accepted if the customer wants to return due to ordering an incorrect mattress size. We recommend to cross-verify the size before placing the order.
Terms & Conditions for the ‘101 Nights Trial’ Offer
101 Nights Trial is applicable for the first 101 nights from the date of invoice. In case of a swap between different models, 101 Nights offer will be still calculated from the Day 1 the first mattress got invoiced.
'101 Nights Trial’ offer is not applicable for the product – FB100.
Return, Refund and '101 Nights Trial' will not be applicable to any customized order. However, the warranty will be applicable as per the warranty policy.
You may decide to return the mattress any time before the end of the 101 nights for a full refund. You have to bear the expenses of the reverse logistics (either fixed or on actuals) only. In case any freebies are provided with the order, the refund will be after deducting the freebie cost.
Return and Refund on 101 Nights Trial offer will not be applicable if the product falls under ‘Exceptions to Return/Refund under 101 Nights Trial’.
Our ‘101 Nights Trial’ offer applies only to the original purchaser of genuine Sunidra Mattress purchased from www.sunidra.in or any other marketplace platforms authorized by Sunidra.
This policy is limited to one return per customer per year.
Please retain a copy of your purchase invoice as proof of purchase. You need to submit this to make a refund claim. Without it, Sunidra (Eastern Mattresses Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to reject any claim under '101 Nights Trial Offer'. Returns will be accepted only if the product fulfills all the terms and conditions.
We request you to provide relevant photographs of the mattress while opting for a return. Failure to send appropriate photographs may result in cancellation of the return request.
The return / replacement requests must be sent directly through mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) within the 101 days from the date mentioned in the invoice if you want a refund.
Returns will be inspected and picked up within 30 working days of the acceptance of the return request.
All approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days once the mattress has been picked up for return.
If replacement is requested, Sunidra team will conduct necessary arrangements to ensure a free delivery for the new mattress post necessary quality checks, reconciliation, compliances to satisfy the replacement policy.
Our 101 nights trial policy allows our buyers to return the product before 101 nights if unsatisfied. The customer may also choose to return and get a replacement of the same product. In case the customer gets a replacement, the second product would not be eligible for 101 trials and would be non-returnable. Nevertheless, in case of any manufacturing defect, customer would be eligible for Product Warranty.
Sunidra (Eastern Mattresses Pvt. Ltd.) reserves all the rights to refuse the ‘101 Nights Trial’ Offer to anyone associated with a mattress manufacturer/brand.
The final decision on refund under 101 Nights Trial offer will be made by Sunidra (Eastern Mattresses Pvt. Ltd.). The company reserves the complete right to refuse any return request if it doesn’t meet the terms and conditions of this ‘101 Nights Trial Offer’.
Disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of Ernakulam, Kerala.
